350 gr flour self raising
one sachet of raising agent
a pinch of salt
110 gr of butter , unsalted
3 tablespoons of sugar
120gr dried raisins
175ml fermented milk or ordinary milk with a squeeze of lemon
mix flour, salt and butter with hands to make a few crumbs. Add sugar and raisins and raising agent , stir with a knife . Add milk to lake a dough
